I’ve spent the better part of ten years in the U.S. Navy as a Communications/Electronics Technician and System Administrator, installing, certifying, and maintaining mission-critical systems aboard submarines. This work has taught me precision, accountability, and how to stay composed when the stakes are high.
Now I’m channeling this foundation into cybersecurity. I’m drawn to both the offensive and defensive sides of the field — SOC analysis and penetration testing are where my focus is right now, and I’m building toward a purple team skill set that bridges both worlds.
I recently earned my CompTIA Network+ and I’m working toward Security+ while pursuing a B.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. This site is where I document the journey — the labs, the lessons, and the thinking behind the work.
