Hi, I’m Ian. There are many first-posts out there, but this one is mine. I’m proud of this post. I’m proud of it because there are some other ‘firsts’ that accompany this post.

and probably some other firsts I’m not thinking about at the moment…

I have been training/working in the realm of Information Technology for years. Frankly, I was quite half-baked in these skills. Over the last year and some change, I’ve been working on building and refining my skills, finding a concentration for these skills (Cybersecurity), and putting my nose to the grind-stone. I’m proud of that and I’m proud of this post. I’m sure the next one will be just a little better.
